HUD No Longer Giving $2,500 or Allowing $100 Down Payment
As of February 12, 2010, HUD will no longer be giving their sales allowance of $2,500 in Ohio. This was a huge incentive in the last year and had given home buyers an additional reason to step into the Northeast Ohio real estate market. With the $8,000 and $6,5000 tax credit expiring at the end of April along with the HUD gift of $2,500 ending, if you've been on the fence, now is the time to make the jump! Contact us now to learn more and get started with the home buying process in the Cleveland, Ohio area. There's still time to cash in on all the great home buying incentives but time is of the essence. Follow the links above for details about HUD incentives and the tax credit.

HUD BUYER AND BROKER INCENTIVES DISCONTINUED

The Sales Allowance of $2500 for owner occupant purchasers will also be discontinued as of February 12, 2010 for all new contracts accepted on or after this date.
