Details and SELLER REGISTRATION for the Worry Free Home Buying Program THROUGH LIFE OF THE SOUTH INSURANCE COMPANY:

Seller(s) desire that the Property be sold by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (“HANNA”) with a WORRY FREE HOME BUYING PROGRAM, through LIFE OF THE SOUTH INSURANCE COMPANY/ AMERICAN MODERN HOME (“LOS/AMH”), and in consideration of the WORRY FREE HOME BUYING PROGRAM, through LOS/AMH, Seller(s) agree and represent as follows:

1. The Property is currently listed for sale, and will remain listed for sale in the Multi-List through Hanna in accordance with the Listing Agreement between Seller(s) and Hanna.
2. If the Property is sold by Howard Hanna or any other broker, so long as said Buyer obtains financing through Howard Hanna Mortgage Services, the Buyers may be eligible for the WORRY FREE HOME BUYING PROGRAM and may elect the program by completing application materials.
3. At the time of settlement, if the buyer has completed the application and is eligible for the program, a fee in the amount of $329.00* shall be paid by the Seller(s) to LOS/AMH.
4. Except for the third party payment to enroll a Buyer in the Worry Free Home Buying Program, Seller(s) will have no obligation under the terms of the Program to the Buyers once settlement has occurred.
5. The WORRY FREE HOME BUYING PROGRAM contains conditions and restrictions. Sellers
acknowledge that they have received a copy of the WORRY FREE HOME BUYING terms and
conditions and that they authorize Hanna to offer the property for sale with the WORRY FREE
HOME BUYING PROGRAM.
6. The WORRY FREE HOME BUYING PROGRAM is for a limited time. Any changes to the
program have no effect on any listing agreement with Hanna.
7. LOS/AMH and Hanna are unrelated companies. Howard Hanna Mortgage Services is a
distributor of the LOS/AMH Program and is not an insurer of the program.
