Keller Williams And Russell Real Estate Are Moving Up in The Cleveland Area
I often run the numbers for the different real estate brokerages in the Cleveland Ohio area and it's fascinating watching the changes in Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina counties. At least for me. Let's check out last year's market statistics compared to today and you will see Keller Williams and Russell Realtors moving up the ladder in home sales.

Last year's broker market share statistics (October 2006-2007):
  1. Realty One Real Living- 6,834 homes
  2. Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer- 4,918 Homes sold
  3. Russell Realtors - 987 Homes sold
  4. Coldwell Banker - 876 Homes sold
  5. Keller Williams - 568 Homes sold
This year's broker market share statistics year to date, (October 2008)
  1. Realty One Real Living - 3,085 Homes Sold
  2. Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer - 2,615 Homes Sold
  3. Russell Realtors - 1,261 Homes Sold
  4. Keller Williams - 627 Homes Sold

Take note: Realty One Real Living and Howard Hanna have now merged so their market share is now combined. This gives them year to date, 5,700 sales. Now, Russell Realtors and Keller Williams are number two and number three in Northeast Ohio at the moment. We'll check back again in a few months. Stay tuned, Cleveland.
