Today we're going to cover condominiums and town homes that are on the market and that have sold in Cuyahoga County over the last three months only. These housing statistics were pulled from the Ohio MLS. Remember that this is for the entire county of Cuyahoga. Notice the sold properties as they indicate what the market is doing and what condos and town homes are actually selling for. The statistics are all averages and the lowest and highest priced homes including HUD homes in Cuyahoga County are all included.
