$50/square foot -- ouch! That's a nasty statistic.
But there's a lot of really good things about Cleveland Heights that aren't obvious if you just look at statistics like price per square foot. It's a beautiful town, with all different kinds of people living together. It's very easy to walk to places like grocery stores and parks, there's lots of good restaurants, and neighbors really get to know each other.
We have plenty of issues to work on, but I love the fact that I know a lot of people that grew up here and now are choosing to raise their kids in the same place. You won't find the same sense of community in a brand-new McMansion development.
