Has this particular home been on the market before? (I could have sworn I showed this one to someone. and I have been out of the business a couple of years now.

There's no record of it being on the market previously unless it was FSBO. What took you out of the business?

I have seizures and one was so bad that I was told not to drive until they got under control better. With that being said if you can not drive you cannot show clients houses or go for listing.or have open houses so income chances why pay out the fees.

Have you considered becoming a personal assistant to a Realtor in the area or working a job in office? There are great PA's in the industry that deal with real estate behind the scenes... Just a thought. Sorry to hear about your situation.

I enjoy following your blog. The Bend Oregon real estate market continues to be slow. It looks like a good time to buy in your area.

Hey, thanks, Jim. It's the perfect time to buy. Rates are still great but expected to climb soon. The only downfall right now is getting a loan without putting a down at least 3%. The days of 100% financing or FHA assistance programs like Ameridream are over. We're seeing more responsible buyers though which ultimately will lead to less foreclosures in the future...

Oregon is beautiful. If the market is slow, just take a nice afternoon drive on my behalf in the fall... thanks!
