5300 Northfield - Complete living room groups, bedrooms sets, dining tables and accessories. Some of the cheapest in the area. A definite furniture store worth a look. Be careful of the mix and match, cheap and over priced furniture. Keep an eye open for the real deals, they're there.
3321 W140th - Wholesalers who specialize in hot tubs, pool tables, mattresses but also have very nice and cheap sofas and living room groups. (Check the photo above, they have that in stock and others.) They don't carry accessories like lamps, rugs or tables but you can save hundreds on a sofa and love seat and accessorize in the other stores I'll mention. Delivery is $59 and the owner is a super nice and helpful guy. They sell to the more expensive stores and if you buy with them, you get the wholesale price. Cheapest mattresses around.
Daniels Furniture, W25th Near the West Side Market - Daniels Furniture store has something for every taste. Classic to modern. The sofa sets are priced extremely well and beat out most all the furniture stores in Cleveland. The down side is the accessories, especially the wall hangings and paintings are way over priced. I wouldn't buy their lamps, wall pieces, tables or rugs but definitely check out their sofas and love seats. Delivery there is also hefty, $100. Service is okay and their financing is pretty awful. Pay cash and snag a cheap deal.
Rooms Today Outlet 5140 Pearl Road, Cleveland Ohio. This may be one of the best furniture stores for accessories and deals. The owner is an honest dealer and tells you exactly what you're getting for your money. From beds to dinettes to sofa sets, this is a great furniture store for end tables and coffee tables. They're about $100 cheaper than the other stores for the same tables from what I've seen. Delivery is reasonable and they're open late.
Big Lots isn't all what it's cracked up to be on the furniture end. Some of the decorative items are priced well through out the store and if you're really creative, you can find a great collection to dress up a room but the furniture is priced too high for the quality. They too hope for financing and raise the prices in order to accommodate those who can't pay cash. Keep looking.
Flower Factory on 10830 Brookpark Road in Cleveland is one of the coolest secrets in Northeast Ohio. You have to become a one time member for a few bucks but it's a huge low priced discount store with do-it-yourself projects, crafts, household items to spices. You name it, they have it. A great store for gifts, creativity and accessories! Indoor and outdoor items too many to mention. Anyone redecorating or wanting something new to spruce up a space must spend an hour in this store. You'll thank me.
Lifestyle Furniture Cleveland on 8888 Brookpark Road - This is the place that has changed names every two years or so since the building has existed. From what I hear, they open with a new name and file bankruptcy then open again. Maybe they're new owners each time but I'd be careful and buy with cash if possible. I'd also stay away from extended warranties and financing. While I hear most in Cleveland talk about this furniture store being the cheapest and best, I disagree. It is a larger store and the selection is abundant, but I'm finding the same merchandise in the other stores above for hundreds less. They're only open Friday-Monday and there are so many sales people you're sure to get hounded. If you're in it for the best deal, I'd pass but if you're looking for something very specific, take a look. Prices of accessories are jacked up.
Value City Furniture 7500 BrookPark Road is probably the most well known in the area for reasonably priced furniture. I disagree! You can get a better deal with the same quality in the stores above. With having "value" as the lead title, I'm really not that impressed. The best way to utilize and benefit from Value City Furniture is to watch their sales and check their clearance sections. Outside of that, what's in the show room isn't that much of a value.
I have zero affiliation with any furniture store owner and just write what I see. If it helps anyone save some time or money, that's the fun part. If you know of a furniture store that has cheap items or accessories, please post your input below. Also, don't forget Craigslist in Cleveland. You'll be amazed what you can find locally that others are selling. I always check Craigslist first before heading out to hit the stores. Oh, and Marc from Norton's furniture is one of the most expensive stores in Cleveland and has the lowest quality merchandise. They're designed for people to finance only and the interest rate and down payment along with delivery is ridiculous. If you know someone about to shop around for furniture in Cleveland, pass this list along. Happy shopping.

I know that there is also an Arhaus Furniture outlet on Brookpark Rd in Cleveland if you want to check that out some time. There may be good deals in there. Thanks for your review of furniture places.
Thanks for the suggestion. I've been to that clearance center and they actually had a "huge" tent sale last weekend. I can't possibly put them in any category pertaining to cheap. Yes, Arhaus has some great pieces but overall, I'm seeing the same furniture in other stores for 50-75% less.
Very clean blog, I found you through Entrecards and I am glad I did. My friends wife is from Toledo, OH. I just wanted to stop by and say Hi.Be back soon.

I found this blog doing a search on furniture in ohio. This is so beneficial, I just became a homeowner and want new items. This will really help me w/narrowing down the stores and not running all around the cleveland area...Thanks
