Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio
That's the Raptor on the left. It's probably my favorite coaster at Cedar Point. You feel like you're flying with your feet dangling and the loops and twists are incredible. It's the first ride going into the park and it warms you up for an awesome day.

Mean streak (left) One of the longest and fastest wooden roller coasters in the world. 161 ft. first drop, 65 mph & 3 minutes long. It's at the end of the park and so worth the walk. You should ride it in the day and at night.

Cedar Point is located in Sandusky Ohio and less than an hour from Cleveland. Cedar Point is the number one amusement park in the world! That's right, the world. Top Thrill Dragster (left) and the picture doesn't do it justice. It's a skyscraper. 420 ft. tall, 120-mph... "strata-coaster"

With over 70 rides and 17 monster roller coasters, Cedar point has something for everyone. From lazy river rides to the most thrilling, fastest, tallest and adrenaline rushing coasters on the planet. Magnum (left) is 205 ft tall, 72 mph riding along Lake Erie's Shoreline.

Cedar Point in Ohio has led the country and world when it comes to record breaking innovative rides and attractions. The Millennium (left) shattered records for best steel coaster. 310 ft. 93 mph. Yes. If you're a fan of this one, you'll want to catch the new Maverick.

My all time favorite coasters at Cedar Point are the Gemini, Blue Streak, Raptor and the Magnum. This monster on the left is unbelievable to watch in person. It's called MaXair. 70 mph and 140 feet off the ground while whirling you counterclockwise. The sound alone makes your stomach flutter.

There's a separate water park called Soak City. There's indoor water park resorts to stay in if you want to make a weekend out of it. The entire park overlooks the Lake and the views are amazing when you're at the top of the hills or slides. Going up never looked so good.

Even if you're not a fan of the big stuff, there's plenty of other things including live shows, movies, sky ride, the train, paddle boats, ferris wheels, lounging on the beach and an amazing kids section, Camp Snoopy, Kiddie Kingdom and the new Planet Snoopy.

The thrill of riding these monsters in the dark is what you look forward to all day. If you haven't been here, you need to go. This isn't a commercial, I just love Cedar Point and want to share it with you if you haven't been yet. Feel free to share your Cedar point favorites, coasters or stories. Post a comment!

I love Cedar Point too! Our family tries to go every summer to experience this amazing park. We are lucky to have this so close to home for an easy get away! I hope I can give a lucky buyer some tickets!
