I'm working with median as opposed to average when talking about statistics and numbers. I'd like to think you don't consider yourself average and I hope you see your home in the same way. We are in some degree what we live and what we surround ourselves with. Our home should be a reflection of who we are. The numbers we see on the news and in the headlines reflect an average. One high or low priced home can significantly throw off an average. I feel better knowing what's floating in the middle as the "average" American is in the middle class. For the sake of the middle class, I'm going to use the median numbers for November.
I've taken last years numbers for November in Cuyahoga County and this years. I've also gathered the numbers for a few cities specifically. Leave a comment if you'd like me to run numbers for your city. I'd be happy to post them.
