I am a restaurant attendee, going out to eat close to four nights a week not including lunches. I've hit most of Cleveland and there aren't too many restaurants in the area I haven't been to. Because going out to dinner frequently is costly and can really add up especially over a thirty day span, it's important to continue to enjoy the dining experience along with saving as much as possible. I've been to all the major national chains and while I do have a few favorites; Bennigans, Olive Garden, Winking Lizard, Red Lobster, etc. T.G.I. Fridays now has this unbelievable pick three menu for $12.99. A complete meal for $12.99! I don't know anywhere in town where you can beat this. Appetizer, entree AND dessert.
If you have a healthy appetite, you won't be disappointed. I was sceptical and thought for sure the portions would be smaller and a typical $12.99 standard. "You get what you pay for" is how I approached it. After actually seeing for myself, I was quite surprised. "You get way more than you pay for!" My recommendation:
Fried Mozzarella
Bruschetta Chicken Pasta
Cinnabon Cheesecake
This is not a commercial and while I'm not so sure it's real estate related, wait - If one can save a few hundred dollars a month by just saving at dinner time, one could theoretically be able to save for a down payment on a home, pay off debt faster, or comfortably afford a larger monthly payment enabling them to afford more house.
