It's A Great Time To Buy A Home In Ohio
You've heard it everywhere and by now I'm sure you're aware that it's a buyer's market. It truly is here in Ohio. With interest rates still low, and home prices dropping as sellers are anxious to sell their homes, it's the perfect time to shop for and purchase a home. The deals are out there and the selections are enormous. The experts and local real esate agents in Ohio expect to see this start to turn around within a year and by the end of 2009, we should be seeing prices start to level out in Ohio and the market begin to see even numbers with buyers and sellers. The Cleveland area has many different locations and home prices.

There are still hot markets such as Westlake, Hinckley, Aurora, Avon Lake, Lakewood, Tremont, Ohio City, Shaker Heights and Beachwood to name a few that are moving and seeing multiple offers if not full price offers. It really depends on each individual home, seller and situation whether or not you're going to get a dream deal or not. Consult a Realtor in the Cleveland area before you start the searching process to learn as much as you can about the hot real estate areas of Northeast Ohio and tips on how to get a deal.

If prices will be dropping through 2009, why not wait until 2009 to buy? Why buy now when the value of your property will go down until then?

What is it about 2009 that will cause prices to go up? Declining jobs, declining population, falling value of the US Dollar, declining oil prices, rising costs of food, fuel, college, insurance, and taxes?

Finally, if predictions for 2009 are to be believed, what is the track record of previous predictions? In 2006 did you predict prices would go down? In 2005? In 2004? Lacking a track record of successful predictions, why should these particular ones be believed?
