*New Update* Portage county has seen a nice increase in home sales from November to December, 2008. Home sales are up by 27% and of the homes sold, prices are up by 37%. Condominiums have seen a decrease in sales and prices but there weren't that many sales to determine a significant growth or loss. We'll be updating these statistics for Portage and other counties in Northeast Ohio through out spring and summer so stop back often or subscribe to our RSS feed.
